Program

Nezin Assistant ("the program") is a personal assistant operated by Cory Nezin. It sends conversational replies and user-requested reminders by SMS from +1 (866) 414-8017 to its owner only.

How you opt in

The program has exactly one recipient: its owner. The owner opts in by texting START to +1 (866) 414-8017 from their own mobile phone. By texting START, the owner agrees to the following:

"By texting START to +1 (866) 414-8017, I agree to receive recurring text messages from Nezin Assistant, including replies and reminders I request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase."

After opting in, the owner receives this confirmation:

"Nezin Assistant: You're subscribed to personal assistant replies and reminders. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Numbers are never purchased, rented, or collected from third parties, and the program does not send messages to anyone who has not opted in.

Message types and frequency

Messages are replies to the owner's texts and reminders or check-ins the owner has requested. Frequency varies, typically a few messages per day. The program never sends marketing or promotional content.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to stop all messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@nezin.net.

Costs

The program is free. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
