This policy describes how Nezin Assistant, operated by Cory Nezin, handles information.

Information collected

• The owner's mobile phone number
• The content of text messages exchanged with the assistant
• Notes, goals, and reminders the owner asks the assistant to keep

How it is used

Information is used only to operate the assistant for its owner: to reply to messages, deliver requested reminders, and remember the owner's preferences.

Service providers

Messages are delivered through Twilio (SMS delivery) and processed by Anthropic (AI model provider) solely to generate the assistant's replies. Data is stored on a private server operated by Cory Nezin.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information is never sold.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept only as long as needed to operate the assistant. The owner can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@nezin.net.
